You can get a 140 on the stock wheel but it rubs on both sides. A little grinding on the tire fixes that.
On the edge of the tread there is a ridge out from the sidewall of the tire, with the bike on the center stand and idleing in gear I ground this ridge back a bit, just enough so it didn't rub on the swing arm, ground out the chain gaurd too. Any bigger than that you need a different swing arm or a hardtail. You might need an offset front sprocket as well.
