Torque Spec needed

Trying to find the torque spec for the rocker plugs. Thanks.

I don't think there is a spec for those plugs. I just snugged them up good with out damaging the Phillips head slots. They just seal the holes the rocker arm shafts ride in.

Had to end up doing that. No specs anywhere.
