Years ago... many Brit's crossed the pond and bought our Brit bikes and Brits bits. I was under the assumption that these would be cheaper in the Uk... A local cycle boneyard and a large basement full of Brits bits.... shelves of stuff.... engines.. Buyer from UK... took it all... same boneyard two years ago... every rolling complete 450 Honda and rolling 650 Yamaha.. lined up waiting for process to.. the Uk.

There was an old Long Hair back in Petersburg, South Jersey whose parents had around forty acres of pine land in Galloway Township (iirc). Through the years he bought Brit and Euro junkers and stored them on the property. I came across them once in my travels and recall seeing an early '50's Jaguar, something I was familiar with as a good friend had a '53 convertible, the other cars I was unfamiliar with. Story goes that after around forty years of collecting and holding he sold the lot to some Dutchmen for a million. True story? That's what they say.
