VM34 flow problem

Hello group. I had a leak around my fuel lines and sin
ce I changed lines I have not any flow to the carbs. I have tried with and without filters. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help Tony C.

Yeah. Clean the crud out of the tank and clear the petcocks.

Griz that was the first thing that I did. Tank is very clean and float bowls spotless. Tony C

Manual petcocks or vacum? Manual turn them on, vacum turn to prime? Floats or needle stuck closed.

Are the new lines longer? If they are kinked, or if the lines get above the petcock enroute to the carbs, they may not flow well.

No kinks, I can take the line off the carb and they flow. Lines are the sane length. Thanks Tony C.

Take a float bowl off and leave everything hooked up and on. Has to be stuck floats or plugged needle/seat inlet.

Oh, so you do have flow to the carbs? I guess I mis-read your initial post.

I found my flow problem. When re-assymbling the carbs I put the floats in upside down. Problem solved no leaks and runs great. Thanks for suggestions. Tony C.
