Was runner perfect then Crapy. Help

Hey guys. I'm about to give up here.

So got my bike out for spring. Ran her up and down the street and she run perfect.

Then the next day went to go for a ride started fine then it just quit and I didnt even make it to the end of the driveway.

So I cleaned out the carbs, replaced the full filter cleaned out my gas and gas tank, cleaned the plugs.

Got it started but now its running super rich and backfiring and will not hold an idle

I have a set of VM34 on it that ran like a champ all last year so I know its not them.

I have a pamco and a PMA. I looked at the timing and it hasnt moved since I set it when I bought it.

Can you suggest some troubleshooting I could try.

Turns out I got water in the fuel. then when I put the carbs back on after cleaning them I had the plungers back to front.
