What am I missing?

So I replaced the bearings and thru the old ones out (never do that)...seems the bearing I'd is too large...unless I a missing a collar or spacer...which I never had. Does this larger side often use smaller id ? Can't see it running without it or collar...

Thanks guys...that is howi got the bike ...wish I had the bearings I removed to see. What size he wax using before I took it apart. I know I did not lose anything...thanks for info...

The top hat is usually stuck in the bearing, if you still have the old one in your bin, you might be lucky and get it still....
