What are these?

2 questions regarding what the heck these things are:

1. I now have just a frame, front forks and tire and have done a good job keeping things labelled, but I missed this. What in the heck is it, I don't remember what was attached to. [photo(4).jpg]

2. I can't find these next two pieces in the manual [photo(3).jpg]. They are located in the upper yoke of the steering assembly and aren't shown in the manual [photo(4).jpg]

The rubber bushings in your last photo don't show up in the steering drawings, they show up in the instrument gauge drawings.

I found them on the supplemental pages of the Haynes manual (p 63). I guess I thought nothing went through there on my bike, so either the mounting was different, or I removed the bolts without being aware....good to know where to find them. Thanks!

The clamps on the frame won't be found in any parts list for a stock bike. Thise are clamps that came with a set of foot pegs someone added.
