1975 XS650B stock front disc and drum rear wheels.

So I pulled the wheels off and took them to a shop to have measurements taken before I tore them apart to powder coat the rims and re-lace them with the SS spokes from Mike's. I was very careful to keep everything together, the shop, not so much. Found the part below in the bottom of the bag when everything was returned to me. I cannot figure out where it goes and I can't find it in the Haynes. The ID is a perfect fit for the rear axle but it seems like everything is accounted for. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I believe it's #22. Your lucky. They usually get lost and it's a NLA item at the dealers.

I should have added that I did not pull the wheel bearings until afterwards so the collar #22 is accounted for. #22 does not have the relief between the collar and the flange.

Maybe you got yours and an extra one they had lying around?
