What color wires do you connect together after you install a Pamco ignition kit on the harness to get power to the coil. Or is there another way to get power to the coil system?

You can crimp some male spade terminals to the three PAMCO wires and plug them into the TCI plug. The coil gets its power from the kill switch which also powers the TCI box so you can use this as a convenient way to connect the PAMCO. In fact, if you are going to use the stock coil, you do not even have to remove the gas tank.
PAMCO Green to TCI Orange
PAMCO Red to TCI red/white
PAMCO Black to TCI black
