Wire Or Cable Operated Rear M/C

So Im building forward controls for my bobber and Im trying to cut down on bulky/ugly linkage. There isnt much room between the pipes/frame to run linkage for a stock type rear master so I was thinking about going with wire from the foot pedal to pull the M/C piston instead of push the piston with linkage. Has anyone used either of these products from Mikesxs before?

Do like the Harley guys and put the MC up at the forward control - no linkage at all. just an easy to route and conceal SS brake hose.
Ebay has scads of nice small rear MC's from dirt bikes for cheap.......
