Wanted - WTB: Charging system for 82 XS

I just need a charging system for this bike- maybe your old take off when you went to the PMA? I want to get this bike running while I sort some stuff out on it- I may be going to the rephase- why I am not getting the hi-zoot stuff. Jus PM me if got?

I have stuff off my 79, but unfortunately I think the stator was only good on a 70-79 model.

My rotor tests pretty weak, probably don't want that.

Brand new reg/rec unit, wouldn't be opposed to selling it.

You do need a 79 or later rotor for the charging system to make sure you ignition TCI works.

Older rotors do not have the extra magnet that triggers the TCI.

Note the location of the magnet in the 79-84 picture. That's how you tell the difference.
