I have for sale a very nice 1981 XS650. I bought it from the original owner with about 8600 miles on it. It has sat for about 10 years due to a bad stator. I bought it and proceeded to stick a lot of money in it to get it safe/roadworthy Rebuilt caliper new brake line, oil cooler, PMA xs charge, new tank badges new rear chain, carbs cleaned and re jetted , new tires and tubes new battery. Have all the old parts and extra gray seat. Had it on a velorex sidecar and it didn't work out. I have a VW trike so I won't be riding it so down the road it goes. No license plates or insurance on it so you won't be able to test drive it. Located in Jamestown North Dakota so take a trip and bring a trailer. $ 2500.00 /OBO

Curious as to why the sidecar didn't workout. Here is mine I recently purchased.

I didn't care for how it handled. It also seemed bigger than I expected. I have a 1978 SR500 Yamaha single I am going to try. I have talked to a couple people that have has this combo and say it works well. Not looking for speed or highway use mostly just around town.
