XS-1 fork cap bolt, whaaaa?

What is the purpose of the fork cap bolt on the XS-1? It doesn't preload a nonexistent internal spring. Block off for accessory/aftermarket air valve? Thanks folks!

Perhaps to allow you to add oil and keep the oil in the fork.

Modified fork cap.
Like XSleo sez, maybe to add oil.
Maybe to hold some contraption, like windshield mounts.
