The bike design and workmanship looks very good.

However, from a safety point of view, I would have some concerns with the motor mounts installation. When you drill 2 holes through the frame tubing, I suspect that is weaking the frame.

Perhaps some gussets added at the steering neck would also add strength.

Gentleman, That's what the tubes are for. You weld those in.

Once welded, it will be stronger than the original tube. Those sleeves will be plenty strong. Neck Gussets are for stocker (I have neck gussets, but have built plenty without...)
