Hi I've been working on this xs1b and did a compression test left side 140 but the right side just won't register at all. What's next? Any help is appreciated

Take the plug out, use a torch, turn the engine over slowly, by hand, and see if you can see any damage to the piston. Also check to see if the valve is operating. If all looks good put your thumb over the plug hole and turn the engine over and feel for compression. If none you will need to take it out, apart and have a look.
