Anyone use this for a street bike . A person could use LED bulbs and a small battery and just recharge it overnight .

You might be better off converting to a permanent magnet setup. It would be better for running ignition and lights and all you would need is a capacitor.

You may want to check with the seller, but I believe the reason he emphasizes using it for racing only is because it does not have any advance mechanism, meaning that it is preset to a high advance and designed to run at high RPM's (racing?) all the time.

Would be difficult to start and run at low RPM's.
