    Brat rear fender clearance

I'm trying to figure out my rear fender on my bike. I've installed the visual impact brat kit. I made my rear fender out of fiberglass. It was originally mounted to the swing arm. Now I'm trying to mount it to the frame. But I'm having a rear hard time trying to figure out clearance. I took...

    Wassell tank and engine mount

Yes, I read that on both websites. The problem is that it does not specify which style of Wassell since there are 3 styles on TCBrothers. The High, Mid, and Low tunnels version. I think they say the Wassell tank will fit width-wise if you use Hugh's mount but nothing is said about depth-wise.

    Wassell tank and engine mount

So I bought a Hugh's Handbuilt top motor mount. It's a huge improvement over the stock one. I'm looking at purchasing a Wassell tank from TCBrothers. I like how the high tunnel version sits on the frame as I've seen in pictures but every one I've seen goes without a top motor mount. I know...

red bull ktm ken roczens xs 650 bobber

Whoa!!! Time out man. I was simply asking a question. I found it intriguing to see someone with a like mind in my approach. I think your bike looks great. You did a good job in the fabrication of the bike. There are a couple of things I don't personaly like about the bike but that's just my...

red bull ktm ken roczens xs 650 bobber

Not to go off the apparent downward spiral topic here but I have to ask the question. I'm wondering if you got the tail light from the same place I did. Because it looks EXACTLY like the tow behind trailer light I discovered at my local Auto Parts store.

    Brake Lines

Thank you for the suggestions everyone. I've been looking into all of them. I'm always continually surprised when looking into something as simple as brake lines how much of an education you can give yourself. All about the different specs and fittings and the like. All I can say at this point...

    Brake Lines

The problem is that I have Mikes Lines. They are only 24.5" long or 41" long. So they are either way too short or way too long. I need something like 30"

    Brake Lines

Where do you buy your brake lines? I apparently need custom length brake lines for project. I've shopped online for nearly 2 weeks and it seems I'm going to have to drop $120 total on 2 braided SS lines!!! WTF!?!?! Seriously? That seems over the top expensive. Does anyone have any...

Rephasing project for a 77 bobber

Coastside, could you give a little more detail about the license plate bracket and light. I'm looking to fab up something similiar. I'd like to know thicknesses of the steel you used and the "what" and "where" about the light you mounted to it. I appreciate it.

    Mike's XS Speedo Indicator Lights

Alright, I'd say that sums it up if all of you have done this. I too thought it would be ridiculous if they required a resistor. But without a manual, and no way to access the lights I wanted to make dead sure I wasn't going to smoke the LED's. Thank you all for your input. I appreciate it.

    Mike's XS Speedo Indicator Lights

I'm assuming that this means you've done it this way and havne't smoked the LED's?

    Mike's XS Speedo Indicator Lights

Alright, I did some searching and either my search-fu is bad or it hasn't been discussed. I have this speedometer http://www.mikesxs.net/product/03-0744.html It came from Mikes with NO useable manual. Since the indicators on the dial are LED's I can't tell if they need a resistor in-line...
