    Polished wheels

    Prepare to do A LOT of sanding first to take care of that rough casting. Thought about it on mine, but I wouldn't't have the patience. Parts that are already smooth are a bitch enough.

    Having used helicoils before for other projects, I would be extremely concerned about the tab you have to break off after install. Even if you avoided shavings, that thing could do some major damage.

    Rear drum on hardtail

    Use spacers, yes. Center the rim...not necessarily. You have to space to line up your front sprocket with your rear sprocket.

    Why do you have the choke all the way out? Choke is only for starting and warming up a cold engine.
