    Thanks for the info 5twin and daddyG. I bought this bike as a project, It was a stripped down frame, and a carb box full of nuts bolts and what not. The guy I bought it needed an ignition system. It has nothing with it.. This is my first project so Im a little lost but slowly figuring it out.

    As the title says I need a little help. I have an 82 xs650 I bought it as a project, There was nothing for ignition but a coil. No points auto advance rod.. nothing. So my wife bought me a boyer bransden ignition system. My question is do I need anything else aside from this kit to finish...
