    No fuel to plugs after re_jet

    I just got a jet kit for my 73 xs650 from mikes xs .I have set the floats to. 950 like the book suggests. Fuel in the bowl ,starts on spray gas ,but under normal circumstances, no fuel to the plugs.I put in the largest needles set one notch higher. I am running pod filters and a 2 into one pipe...

    I have a recent battery in that bike .. .. however it needs charged more I'm sure.I bought a new one for the 81 so I will swap battery and do a voltage test

    That would explain why I couldn't find a pressure switch in the manual.So what would the light be again. It's red and gos on and off along with headlight...I'm gonna check the charging system tomorrow....but it's weird the headlight gos on and off as well.I have a manual.That switch I pulled has...

    So attach blue wire from pressure switch to nuetral switch

    It has the light under the ignition switch.Red light that is coffin shaped somewhat .It's turns on at start up in neutral.It gos out when you rev it and drive it.It has what I assume is a oil pressure switch on top of the case.I swapped it with my 81 to no avail. Changed the oil just in case.I...

    The title speaks for itself .It seems also if I lean the bike to the right it acts up more... ideas... are they related.

    Since Saturday morning Up to that boring Super Brady Sunday game I have been bringing the 79 back to life.Doing what I got money for.Cleaning and detailing is a great way to identify future and needed repairs.A clean bike is well maintained in my experience.I played hooky from work today...
