Ok so I just checked the voltage at the capacitor. At idle with no lights on between 11v and 12v, drops to 10v when I get on the throttle. With the headlight and taillight on I on have about 9v at idle. Without the headlight on at idle the blinkers light up about 1/second but it's pulsing...
