My bike has less than 500 miles on the rebuild. The new switch came from Mikes. I have had the switch for 2 years. Thanks for the reply and good ideas. I can always rely on everyone at the forum. Ordered new switch. Try again.
Was riding this weekend and engine cutout. Spit sputtered and died. Turned switch to the right for lights only and back to on. Engine started running again. This happened many times over the next 8 miles till I finally got home. Does this sound like a bad switch? Have pamco ignition. And still...

The plate is 1/2" thick x 7". Slot in plate is 2-1/4". It was cut out by the guys at Texcraft in Lubbock. The pipe is 8" long and 5-3/4" ID x 1/2" thick. The press is my brothers 20 ton unit. It does not have a gauge on yet. Working on that. That slot on the pipe was cut with a plasma cutter...
