I have an '82 hardtail frame. No title though. But I'd like to trade it to someone for another frame with a title. Or if someone has an '82 or similar titled frame I'd buy it.

No I have a frame with no title. In CT you can register it with a bill of sale if it's older then 1981. mines 1982.

I'm really looking for a frame with a tittle. I just bought a good project, unfortunately I was a dumb ass and took the guys word it was a 1980. Well turns out it wasn't and I can register it. So I'm looking for a new frame to switch all the parts over to. Doesn't have to be in the best shape...
