So I decided to take a chance on the Panic Cycles fender, and I am glad I did because the fit is exactly what I was looking for. The radius of the fender matches the 130/90-16 stock tire really well.

I ended up buying the 4" Frisco handlebars to solve my tank/hand controls interference and I am really happy with the result.. these bars feel great and won't block my view of the DCC mini gauges one I reinstall them.

Well that's a shame... Has anyone ever tried to polish or clean up an original cover? Mine doesn't look terrible, but it would need some TLC to look OK against the polished cover
5twins- Are those shock boots wider on one end? I see that the bottom of the boot is secured over the fork seal. I like the look of those and might consider a pair on my bobber build.
I could live with 8-10 years based on already having the Athena head gasket. Thanks for the McMaster-Carr O ring recommendation as well.
