assembled my sons bike over the weekend, have to get oil and get it running.

I am interested in the engine. Are the conrods in decent shape (piston pin surface and bearings?) And maybe the wheels if there are still around?

Sounds good but can't do it for now. Do you have a crank and cylinder/piston set in a decent shape?

looking for a crank shaft with some life left. Mine has bad con rod bearing surface. Like to drop in a OK one for now until I have money to do the "big " rebuild. Mine is a 1981 XS 650 special. Thanks
