After about 1 1/2 years its roadworthy. I have about 50 miles of short shakedown runs. A few rattles and loose bolts,but nothing major. Runs great,charges,just some tweaking and getting the seat covered.

Those are great diagrams but they dont show what I need. That spring fits in the cup next to it, what way does it go on the damper rod? cup to top or cup to bottom? It looks like bottom, just want to double check

combination of that and not paying attention when i dumped every thing into the drain pan. Just figured I would find a diagram easy enough but after a couple hours searching I'm getting frustrated

I disassembled my forks tonight and some of the parts fell out while i was taking them apart so I dont know the proper sequence for re-assembly. I cant find any info that looks like my forks.:confused:
