I have a swingarm and 16 inch cast wheel off a 78 xs650 for sale. Will sell together or separate for any REASONABLE offer.

Had over 20,000 miles on the belt and it's still good, only had to adjust it maybe three times. I only replaced it because I installed a new S&S 100 cu.in. engine and since I had the bike apart, why not. I love the belt drive and would like to put one on my XS650 and KZ 1000 LTD.

Been running belt drive on my Harley since '91, love them. No mess, no trouble, no noise. I've been looking at doing one on my XS. Have you checked with your local Yamaha dealer to see if any of the current models that have belt drive may just fit?:doh: I know it's a long shot but you never...

I'm using a 19 inch rear wheel with rear disc on my tracker with a Yamaha Radian swingarm. The swingarm looks better and is stronger then the stock one. The radian takes the same size axle as the 19 inch front wheel, just have to make new spacers.

My first bike was a Honda CB350 that I purchased new in 1968. My second bike was a XS650 that I purchased new in 1971. If I knew then what I know now I would have left it stock and would not have sold it. :banghead:
