    I came across this one too. Sure looks great but $180CAD vs $35CAD if only swap the screws in the original rockers. Good find though, the seller has also other xs650 goodies.

    Valve adjusting screws are from that site offers free shipping within Canada, for us it could get complicated and costly to buy from the states. That's why I always try to find an alternative from here. Thanks for all the suggestions.

    I didn't know that, and welding the crack could be an option. What else should I consider doing seeing that the engine will be taken apart?

    I was avoiding the obvious by thinking cutting corners will fix this. I had the engine out last winter soda blasted and polished. After about 50km of riding I was hoping for a quick fix. Yesterday I toke off the exhaust valve cover trying to take a peek and your suspicion of a nut or bolt...

    Thanks for the suggestions guys. So epoxy it doesn't hurt to try. Any suggestions on what kind any tricks or experiences on this type of fix?

    I'll try that. But i dont think is that far in(under the cam) more like just after the bearing.

    It's not the holes. That was my initial thought too. I can clearly see the bottom of the holes and they're dry. Blowing air in the system and spraying soapy water on the area creates bobbles. There are actually 2 little cracks right under that threaded hole a little deeper in than the depth...
