The copper ends to my exhaust will be bolted to the pipes so won't need to be welding anything. I'm gonna go with my gut and keep em on. The bikes out here are awesome and this experience of building my bike has been both frustrating and rewarding. I've always been a motorhead and have always...
Most everything copper is copper... some parts are copper powder coated or painted with copper paint. Yeah I know heating copper is not good... not even sure if I will keep the ends there. Figured I would be riding fast enough not to inhale any fumes. I made the copper battery/electronics box...
Thanks Bill. This is my first build and i've really enjoyed the process. I can polish the copper with La Hot Sauce or let it sit and it will give it the patina you see. This is kinda like having two bikes. Again, thanks for the compliment.

Much thanks!

Hey... I am putting internal throttle and clutch on mine. Go to a high end bike store and get the two into one cable for stunt bikes for the throttle... perfect fit and all you have to do is make terminators for the carb end. Making my own clutch cable but so far everything is coming together...
Well here is my bike. All I have left to do is sort out the electrics and upgrade my front brakes. My divorce sure put a damper in the project but hopefully soon she will be on the road. A ton of copper and brass.
