like the title says guys, im just trying to clean out, the shop i have a front xs650 wheel with axle and rotor also have front caliper if interested, have a king and queen seat off a xs650 in good shape, and some 1 inch Z bars, wheel is $40, seat is $50 and bars are $40, also have a 70'S FULMER...

did you have to make a spacer like on a xs650 to take up the room you cut off the spring? thanks for the help ive been wanting to do this for months

how did u take the forks apart to cut down the springs? im having trouble figuring mine out. i also have a xs400

here is a lil update, got to work on my bike yesterday and made my rear fender mounts, rear gussets, and a few lil odds and ends. snapped some pics last night. finally looking like a complete bike:thumbsup: enjoy.

Def, im hoping to have the frame completely done by 2 weeks ready for paint, then finish up two more bike im building for buddies then we can ride out to you and cruise the street and show them Harleys how we roll lol.

haha its still there acting up every now and then, but the plan for this bike is to finish qand sell it so i can build a xs650. so im hoping this will pull in a decent amount of cash to buy my new bike.

Does anyone know how to take forks apart on a xs400 to get to the springs, they are no like the 650 forks so im stuck, any help would be awesome. thanks guys.

its a mustang tank thats been widened down the middle by 2 inches, i thought bout the hard tail but i already have back problems so the softtail will be better for me.
