Alright, so it's been a while since I've been able to get back to this...last night I ended up putting in 135 mains and resynced the carbs with 45 pilots... Started up great and was clearly better in sync. It pulled harder and revved smoother... But as it warmed up it idled progressively higher...

Alrighty, update here. I tried this method yesterday, both screws set at 3 turns for starters...left side seemed to go ok. Moved to the right side and ran out of turns on the idle screw...could not back it down any further...tried to set the mixture as it was...ended up with both carbs set at...
