Hi I`ve a 76 xs650B that keeps blowing its main fuse when I use the front or rear brake .........any ideas ? Also what rating is the main fuse meant to be ?

Hi , every time I use either the front or rear brake my XS650B (1976) it blows the main fuse . Any ideas ? Also what rating is the main fuse meant to be ? cheers Pete

Hi , recently stripped my front wheel to replace the tyre and found someone had replaced the right hand side spacer with a piece of chrome pipe !!!!. Has anyone got a spare spacer (No 29 ) on the XS front whhel diag.( its a steppped spacer ). i`m happy to pay for said spacer ........cheers Pete

Hi had my XS650B running at the weekend . Took it for a short run and it was backfiring .....very loudly from the left hand side . What should i check out first ? Pete

HI, might sound like a stupid prob , but my rear brake lever feels very sloppy when I use it. Feels like a return spring is missing but I can`t see anything in the Haynes manual , Brake works ok just doesn`t feel right.........have I missed something ?

Hi , I know this prob sounds like a stupid one . Ive an XS650B that i`m giving a mild rebuild. But In my headlamp bowl is a blue and green wire that doesn`t seem to connect to anything . I `ve checked the wiring diag and it doesn`t show a blue and green wire at all........? Pete

Hi had my XS650B airbox plastic coated today. Prob is i left the rubber carb to airbox connectors on it and they are completly wrecked . Any idea where i can get some new ones from ? Pete
