    Had same issue. Took the shaft and gear to a local engine machine shop. Had them hone the gear. Works just fine.

    Frame is in good shape no heavy damage. Motor runs. Rims are deep gutter style 19" front and 18" rear. Stock carbs. Many other stock parts as well.. asking 900 for everything.
