Any bike shop that deals with dirt bikes will be able to lace wheels no problem. i got quoted $100 to get mine done. but id say look it up and try it yourself. then get a shop to true and balance it for you.

heys guys, not sure if anyone has asked this before, probably. Anyway does anyone know what is the widest and tallest, and the tallest skinny too, tire that will fit on the standard 77 18"rear rim. Preferably in an old skool style. oh and available in oz. just liioking at options

Id buy/borrow a cheap spraygun. If u try to apply it manual, I think you'll find it'll look crap and clump up and the paint will most likely dry before you finish causing the flake to fall off. Normally its mixed with clear.

Hey guys, just wondering if there are any companies that make new wassel style tanks.(like the fong bros use) As anything over here in oz is stupidly over priced and very rare and my knowledge of good tank suppliers doesn't go much futher than ebay. Cheers

Ah, very true. Didn't think about that. Probably works out the same in the end.

It would be custom fitted. I imagine it would be cheaper because I wouldn't need to get new disk brakes, custom sprocket, axle for the hd wheel. Its just a thought.

Has anyone ever seen or know if it would be possible to lace a fat rim (like a 180) to a drum stock brake hub? Obviously there would have to be some interesting bracing and spacing for the brake lever and sprocket to get clearance. What do you guys recon?

Yeah he has done bikes that r being riden so I trust he knows what he's talking about. Ill post a few pics of what im looking at building tomorrow when im not on my phone.
