I did the nylon screw mod, as for another reg/rect I only have this one I just got it so I dont think its got a short. I will move all the other stuff to the IGN terminal, that's probably the issue. I figured out what to do with the mid pegs, similar to what you explained hard_y_rd, I guess the bigger issue is getting the rear break linkage and pedal mounted. I'll figure it out have plenty of time.
