yes really bad, do you think the cause could be the oiling in the head like Jim suggest to verified or really bad quality of adjustors? yes i still have my old one and they still in good shape. just more difficult to ajust, i will order some virago ones.

i see then i will disconnect the oil delivery pipe at the top to see if oil is coming, that will at least confirm the oil pump is working thanks Jim

I rebuild the engine of my XS-650C 1976 lately, change piston,pin, big cylinder,chain, bender, Xs performance rocker arm set with the hex screw valve ajuster from Mike XS. the poblem I have is the valves clearence don't stay ajusted for a long time. after 100km the bike starts to make big noise...

ok but the seal is new, the o ring and the gasket. as you can see the oil come from behind the housing. what im doing wrong?

does anyone have a oil leaking problem from the bottom right hole in the advancer location. i just redone the engine and all gasket is new.. when i notice that leak, i changed the gasket again but still leaking
