I was just curious if anyone had any good ideas on how to bend tubing to make a rigid rear end. I don't have a torch, and I don't have access to a bender. I had thought about cutting into the tubing about half way, bending then re-welding back together, but I'm unsure how safe that would be...

So I got myself an 81 xs. It starts and runs, but it doesn't have compression on the left hand side. I've worked on these engines before so I'm not a complete newbie, but I've never seen one with that problem. Any ideas on what this probably is?
