DD- was going to link you to the thread EX carbs on XS but see you've posted there. your prominent members should answer the big bore question. I'll PM some info on refurbed sets.

I've done red and blue before....was challenged to do hi-viz yellow....so why not? just jetting changes required to convert EX500 carbs for use on your 650's. your choice of 138 or 140 mains, jjj needles, 40 pilots. (but I'm awaiting a jet shipment)

hey, thanks for thumbs up, wannab. Mine are a bargain...compare my offering to equivalent priced on ebay....take-offs, you never know what you're getting, jetted for the original EX500. AND to offer reliability...must be cleaned and setup ANYWAY. Now add the price of 650 jetting changes...

the 305 carbs are spaced too close together, the 500 is the WTG.

If I may add, i'm in great respect for the custom work that is ongoing by your members here. I'm seeing great ideas, mods, paint schemes....the stockers, cafe's and the customs are all enviable. Some awesome stuff, from concept to painstaking execution.
