From what I’ve read, its the LED drive circuits that cause the emission problems. The US FCC has rules governing it. You might be referring to compact fluorescent light bulbs. They use an electronic ballast that can cause interference problems.

Powder coated rims are easier to nick up when you mount tires. Do you have someone to mount the tires that’s worked with powder coating before? Or have you?
