After about 1 1/2 years its roadworthy. I have about 50 miles of short shakedown runs. A few rattles and loose bolts,but nothing major. Runs great,charges,just some tweaking and getting the seat covered.

I disassembled my forks tonight and some of the parts fell out while i was taking them apart so I dont know the proper sequence for re-assembly. I cant find any info that looks like my forks.:confused:

I'm getting the parts ready to do a "brat" on my 1975 I haven't cut the frame yet and was wondering if anybody can tell me the I.d of the upright rear frame tube so I can machine the insert to splice in the new tube. Also the I.d of the swing arm tubing would be helpful. I trying to get as much...
