i have power coming to the coils but no spark .ive cleaned my grounds and checked my fuses but no spark .im frazzled ive been working it every day .and then going to work so i can make more money to sink into this project.

hey i have some 3/16 disk magnate s bout .150 thick can i put 2 on the pick up or i one enough?

these are the pipes that came on the bike when i bought it .they welded a smaller diameter pipe in side the straight section to create backpressure.

i was able to use these gauges from work .the bores were in good shape not out of round and very little taper . the heads were not bad alot of brushwork .i hand lapped the valves and they sealed when i filled with kerosene .i reused the pistons they were in good enough shape.i used easy off...

well i got the floats adjusted ,so i'm putting things back on the bike getting ready to start it up.

ive been adjusting the floats for the 4the time ,is this high enough ?

i only have straight pipes that came with the bike . i have read that i will have a hard time with my carbs adjusting .any suggestions ?

hello members .i just started as a member .i want to thank everyone for the help and suggestions .i bought this bike 3 months ago. it was in good shape ,i did an top end rebuild .i don't think i could have done it without your help. i will be posting some pics i awhile . thanks again . ray
