One piston and cylinder were pretty nasty, looked like some water got in, the rings were stuck, took some work to unstick them. Everything cleaned up pretty well though. I don’t have pics of everything all cleaned up

I haven't done much lately on this project due to moving, however in the last few days i did a little work. 1: electric starter deleted, 1-53/64 freeze plug installed 2: removed sump filter and discovered plastic debris, guess that means im tearing down the motor and replacing guide... 3...

Kickstand I’m working on out of two railroad spikes and part of the original.

Yeah the engine will go back on it for welding, or at the least for tacking it up, then i may remove to finish welds
