Oh! OK. Yes, the license plate light is working. I didn't realize they were on that circuit. And Bill says the taillights were all working, initially (I didn't remember). I just reinstalled the taillight and the turn indicators Sunday/Monday. I'll check the bulbs and the wiring again.
