I dropped in on Japanese bike night last year and there were about 100 bikes there. Looks like they moved it up to september this year and added a Cafe night. Rocker box, bikes and burlesque sounds fun as well.

Hey, I just watched your video and are you talking about the high pitched ting sound that is in synch with the rpm's? just wondering because mine does the same thing but quits about 30 seconds after starting. I just assumed it was a lack of lubrication on start-up.

Well all of my voltages are back on track. My bike kick starts fine and runs better than it ever has. Took it out for a bit last night and it did really well. All I need to do now is get a new/used starter soliniod for it and I'm all good. (cautiously optimistic) A name thread would be cool.

Ok, Got my parts from mikes. Changed out the key switch, changed out the fuse panel, and installed the new brushes. still no bueno. I have a good 12vdc at the battery until i turn on the key switch. sometimes the "braketail" indicator on the dash lights up bright and sometimes it comes on...
