So I did a rephase last year, had everything sent out to Hugh's Handbuilt (did and wonderful job), and reassembled everything. Ever since then my kickstarter has been "mushy". Is there anything you should do differently when installing the kickstarter assembly after a rephase?

Currently on my non-repahsed motor my coil is in the stock location. But when I do get around to rephasing, idk where in the hell to put them so they're in a good looking and functionable spot.

Noob here, first bike! Any Mass. guys know if they really bust balls much for not having a horn. I was looking up the minimum requirements for the inspection and thats the last thing I need. But if they don't really make a big deal about it, then I'm not getting one.
Wondering if anyone out there has on of those "STOP" or "FUCK YOU" or whatever taillights from TC Brothers. If so, how did you connect you wires? you use the flimsy little spring loaded caps or something else?
