    A few more progress pics, the fork bottoms will have to be powder coated to match Battery/ electrics box almost there. Rear shocks are Chinese shit, so they are hitting the bin.

    I’ve made a few more bits to replace rusty old shite, it’s a shame my polishing guy has ceased trading,so have to polish my own stuff and I don’t much like polishing. Oil delivery fitting, and Cam chain adjuster nut and cap...all 15/5 Stainless Steel again.

    He’s just sold a very nice Kawasaki 1975 KH750 for £12500, and brought an 81 LC350 for £7000, and then surprised me by landing an early RD200 for £1600 that needs refurbishment, as you can imagine his wife is loving all these bikes coming and going

    I knocked up some nuts for the four bolt tapped cover, three bolt tapped cover Nuts tomorrow. Clutch cover bored out for window.

    So, I knocked up a couple of sets of Stainless Cylinder Head Nuts, sold a set to Soulsurfer off of here, while I was at it I’ve made some similar nuts for the Footrests, although I am undecided whether to use the originals or change to a different set up. What I have also done is ordered myself...
