Has anybody here made a fork mount speedo mount....looking at you machinists here!

I was just wondering if anybody has seen or made any of these before with or without the LED set up.

I was wondering if anybody had any ideas on how to make something similar, but without the use of a machine shop. I was thinking of somehow stealing the idea of the clip-on bars. Basically a piece of 35mm ID pipe attached to another piece of 2" ID pipe to hold the speedo. With the whole thing compressed by a common nut and bolt.

If that makes ANY sense at all.
Any other ideas?

I've seen a couple XS's with them. I like the ones Cycle X makes for the Honda CB's. It's mounted right to the hub/fork are of the front wheel and virtually no cable at all.

Find an old triple tree, and cut it up. be creative with a drill and tap set.

Its pure function, works like a charm. I dont have one on my Sporty yet, but will when I revamp the handlebars.

two wheel mafia makes them. I IM'ed them about their speedo they were running and they make these brackets for the 2.5". I'm probably going to get one once I get my bike back together.

I believe he told me they make them for 25$ I dont have a pic, he linked me a video where it showed it mounted.
