Default Motorcycles you've owned

What motorcycles have you owned?

Post 'em up. I'll start

2007 Yamaha FZ1, converted to European naked version

2005 Yamaha R6, raven

2003 Yamaha R6, limited edition

1997 Suzuki GS500E, nice little bike, only had 4,000 miles on it

1996 Yamaha Virago 750, didn't own it for very long. Bought it to fix and sell.

1984 Honda Shadow VT700C

1983 Yamaha XS650 heritage special, current project when it was stock

Another 1983 Yamaha XS650 heritage special

1983 Yamaha Midnight Maxim 750, just a parts bike
(no picture)

1982 Yamaha XS650 heritage special
(no picture)

1982 Suzuki GS850GL

1982 Yamaha XJ650

1981 Yamaha XS650, another parts bike
(no picture)

1981 Yamaha XS1100

1981 Yamaha XJ550, looked like shit, but was a solid bike

1980 Yamaha XS650 special

Another 1980 XS650 special, parts bike I got for $50

1979 Suzuki GS1000, parts bike
(no picture)

1978 Yamaha SR500

1972 XS-2

What these cycles probably say about me:
I like Yamaha, I like to have a fast bike that handles well, and I like project bikes.

I currently have the FZ1, 2 XS650 project bikes, the SR500, one xs650 parts bike, and the GS1000 parts bike.

The tail and seat on the XS-2 were on the bike when I bought it. The previous owner said it came from a harley of some sort. That is all I know about it. I know they don't sell that exact style on http://www.cafeseat.com, but maybe if you contacted them, they would know where to get one or could make one for you.

Nice bike. Running without a front brake seems suicidal to me. Did you build it or buy it?

I bought it like that, believe it or not....it brakes awesome....runs strong. Its my first bike ever, and she is a beauty, get a lot of compliments. I'm gonna save up and get me a "krugger" someday. I might get some more work done to this one, minor stuff though. How about you what do you have?

Dag, thats a shit load of bikes? I wish I could get an apprentice job, I would love to work on my own stuff. Where are you located @?

Listen I need the "Choke Lever" would you happen to have one? With the vibration of my bike it fell off and I lost it.

I ordered one from MIKEXS, but they sent me one for an XS1, and it wont fit.

Nice bikes! Any problems from the police with the tall apes and no signals?

As soon as I opened the first picture and saw the houses in the background I figured you lived in Virginia. The houses there are very distinct. I have family in the Hampton area. Where are you at?

Just my XS and the white R6 ( last pic ) ,my girl also uses it for trackdays ,she has a 2000 R6 in standard trim ,we use it for road riding
Last bike I sold ws the KTM ,miss it a lot but can't afford to built a caferacer and then own 3 bikes ,too costly for me
( but I'm very glad with these two )
