This kit is NO LONGER AVAILABLE from Hugh's HandBuilt - check Ebay for the parts needed, swaps, etc... It can still be done, we are just not investing our time into it any longer...

Having basically built a couple of these for myself, if you can do it that cheap, I'd probably buy one or two of them from you.

I would buy one as well. I've tried everything and my clutch is still stiff as well.

Would we send our side cover to you for modification, then you send the modified cover back to us with the master, slave, and line? Thanks.

If all goes as planned, you will just buy the kit  This will not be an exchange item that I can forsee as of now. R&D is underway, parts are ordered!!

There's a thread on XS11.com about fabbing up a hydraulic clutch from readily available components. You might get some ideas there. Personally, I don't like the hydraulic clutch on my Bandit, it's pretty abrupt.

Yeah, I'll be testing and making sure I approve before I send anything out the door

And you guys know I am a picture happy dude when it comes to "How-To's" and tech, so no worries there

i would buy a slave cylinder hugh. as for a kit with a master may not work for my xs.
but most of your gear comes correct so count me in.
