IMG 12A- Amazed to see the old bushing attach itself to the secondary bit used (23/64 bit)
IMG 13- Chamfer-a symmetrical sloping surface at an edge or corner. Or just grind the edge lightly and evenly to allow ease of rubber gasket installat
IMG 14- Light cleaning afterwards with a Dremel stainless steel brush.

IMG 18- I used a magnetic screwdriver to swipe the leftover shavings, to make sure no metallic pieces were left over.
IMG 19 Start bushing in a clean application, before trying to set it flush.
